01 Introduction

03 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one dc333 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. dc333 uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts if duplication is identified.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering your dc333 account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.

• You must notify dc333 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

dc333 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time. This may include requesting government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts under review may have withdrawals temporarily held until the review is complete.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

dc333 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No currency conversion fees are applied by dc333 on any transaction.

• Minimum deposit amount: 100 BDT per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: 200 BDT per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your dc333 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawals are processed within an average of three minutes during normal operating hours.
• The payment method used for withdrawal must match the payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• dc333 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by your mobile banking provider are outside dc333's control.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if your account is under a verification review or if a bonus wagering requirement has not been met.

dc333 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not a reflection on the legitimacy of your account. Verification requests will be communicated clearly through your registered contact details.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

dc333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the bonus offer page as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated on the specific offer.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are used after your real money balance is exhausted.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including multi-accounting, will be voided and the associated account closed.

06 Gameplay & Fair Play

dc333 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. Every game available on dc333 uses a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are not influenced by the platform, by previous results, or by the size of your bet.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG technology and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• dc333 publishes the return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game in the game information section.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, dc333 will void the affected round and return the stake to your wallet.
• If a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a software error, the correct result as recorded in the dc333 server log will apply.
• dc333 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a game that was affected by a known technical issue at the time of the bet.

Players are expected to engage with dc333 games in good faith. Any attempt to exploit game mechanics, use external software to gain an advantage, or coordinate with other players to manipulate outcomes will result in immediate account suspension and investigation.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on dc333. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance where applicable:

• Opening more than one dc333 account for any reason.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using dc333 for any money laundering or financial crime activity.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate dc333 transactions through your payment provider.

08 Suspension & Account Closure

dc333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for account action include but are not limited to: suspected fraud, identity verification failure, breach of these Terms, or a player-requested self-exclusion.

• Suspended accounts will have all pending withdrawals held until the investigation is complete.
• If an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Real money balance will be returned after investigation unless it is connected to fraudulent activity.
• Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting dc333 support.
• Self-excluded players may not open a new dc333 account during the exclusion period.
• dc333 will notify the account holder of any suspension via their registered email or phone number where possible.
